In 2007, a parcel entrusted to a courier went missing. I was the person expected to explain what had happened, but I had no clear update to give and no answer I could stand behind. I decided then that no client of mine should ever be left in that position.
I founded Selena Courier Service on 1 November 2007 around that promise. It still guides how we work today: take responsibility, communicate before the client has to chase, handle every delivery with care and confirm the handover.
Selena is founder-led and team-delivered. Our coordinators and couriers carry those standards into every job, from one urgent parcel to a regular delivery operation.
