OUR TEAM
Selena runs as two halves that depend on each other: a coordination team that owns the job, and a courier network briefed for it.
How It Works
Takes the requirement, assesses what is realistic, plans the job, chooses the courier and stays with it. If something changes, the coordinator is the one who tells you.
Experienced same-day couriers across Central London, working with the vehicle the job needs, from cargo bikes and motorcycles to estate cars and small vans. On repeating work we keep allocation stable, so the same people learn the route and the building.
What That Gives You
One person is accountable for the job, by name.
The courier is chosen for the requirement rather than by proximity.
You are updated when something changes, not when you ask.
Risks are raised while there is still time to do something.
The standard is held by the same small group, job after job.
Your delivery often arrives in front of your client. The team is briefed accordingly.
What Boutique Actually Means
It means the team is small enough that everyone knows the accounts. It means work is turned down when it cannot be done properly. It does not mean limited: it means the person handling your delivery has context that a larger operation would have to look up.
One coordinator, by name, from the first call to the handover.
