Information We Need
- Both full addresses with postcodes, and a contact name and telephone number at each end.
- Your preferred collection time and any delivery deadline.
- A description of the item, quantity, approximate dimensions and weight.
- Whether the item is packed and ready to hand over.
- Any parking, loading, lift or entry restriction at either end.
- High-value, fragile, medical, confidential or restricted items must be declared before collection.
Sending this form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We review availability, suitability and the details you supply. A booking is confirmed when Selena accepts it and issues written confirmation or otherwise clearly confirms acceptance.

How Timing Works
Same-day
Collection and delivery are planned for the same day. The exact collection window, route and delivery timing depend on availability, distance, traffic, access and the service selected.
Notice and availability
Advance booking is recommended for timed collections, events, multi-drop campaigns, larger vehicles, specialist handling and recurring work. Same-day requests are also welcome and are subject to availability. Business accounts can agree booking cut-off times as part of the account setup.
Urgent
Urgent service prioritises the earliest suitable collection and delivery. In many London locations we aim to arrange collection within approximately 60 to 90 minutes, but the confirmed timing will be provided for each booking.
Guaranteed deadlines
We make every reasonable effort to meet confirmed timings. A deadline is guaranteed only if Selena expressly accepts it as guaranteed in writing.
If the item is not ready
The courier may wait if operationally possible. Waiting may be charged after any grace period stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
Changes
Changes to addresses, timing, vehicle, quantity or handling may change the quotation. Contact the coordination team and wait for written confirmation of the amendment.

How quickly can you collect?
For urgent jobs we aim to arrange collection within approximately 60 to 90 minutes, and the confirmed timing is provided for each booking. Same-day jobs are collected during the day, at the time that suits you.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Pushbike or motorbike for documents and small parcels, car or small van for everyday deliveries and boxes, large van for bulky loads, removals and multi-drop runs. Every vehicle is available same day or urgent.
How is the price worked out?
From the collection and delivery addresses, the vehicle you choose and the timing. The price is calculated as you fill in the form, before you commit.
Will I know where my delivery is?
Yes. You get live tracking and personal updates from a dedicated coordinator until the item is handed over, with proof of delivery.
Is my item insured?
Selena maintains business insurance appropriate to its activities, but does not insure your goods on your behalf. Our maximum liability for loss of or damage to a consignment is £5,000, unless a different limit is agreed in writing before collection. Tell us before booking if a consignment is worth more than £5,000 or is unusually valuable, fragile or sensitive. The Insurance & Liability Policy sets out the full position.
