Selena Courier Service was established in November 2007. It is boutique by choice, not by stage of growth. That is what makes it possible for one person to own a delivery from the first call to the handover.

How the Business Developed
Established November 2007
Selena Courier Service started with a straightforward idea: that most delivery problems are not transport problems. They are communication and control problems.
Grown by staying accountable
The business grew through clients who stayed, and through the work they recommended. It did not grow by taking every job. Turning down work we cannot do properly is part of how the standard is held.
Still independently led
Elena Ermakova founded the business and still leads it. That continuity is why decisions are quick and why the answer you get is the answer.
Built for London
The work is Central London and the pressures that come with it: access, timing windows, buildings that do not make delivery easy, and clients whose own reputations travel with the parcel.
