GETTING A FASTER ANSWER
What to Include in Your Message
Every enquiry reaches a coordinator. Including the right details first time usually saves a round of questions.
A quotation or booking
Collection and delivery postcodes, preferred date and time, item description, dimensions and weight, any deadline, access information and any special handling requirement.
An existing booking
Your booking reference. Changes to addresses, timing, vehicle, quantity or handling may change the quotation, so please wait for written confirmation of the amendment.
A business account
Your company details, expected booking type and approximate volume. Account approval may include identity, credit and compliance checks.
Confidential work
Tell us before booking, so appropriate handling and communication controls can be agreed.
A lost or damaged item
Contact us immediately and keep all packaging and evidence. Send the booking reference, item description, value, photographs and supporting documents. Formal notice must be given within the time limits in the Terms and Conditions.
A complaint or feedback
Email or telephone with the booking reference and a clear explanation. We will acknowledge the matter, investigate it with the relevant team members and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
